Preventative Residential Disinfection Cleaning for COVID-19
For the health and peace of mind of customers, Anton’s Cleaning Service is offering an additional Residential Disinfection Cleaning following a cleaning service.
A Residential Disinfection Cleaning includes:
- All surfaces will be disinfected with a heightened focus on hand-traffic surfaces including but not limited to:
- Handles of cabinets, windows, appliances, etc.
- Railings
- Doorknobs
- Light switches
- TV remotes
- All hard floor surfaces will be steam cleaned
- Primary cleaning chemical used will be KennelSol, an EPA registered cleaner that is effective against viruses, including the Coronavirus, as well as bacteria and fungi
- Additional cleaners that may be used include Lysol, Bleach and Clorox wipes
- Cleaning team members entering an area of potential infection will be required to use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment including masks, face shields, latex gloves, jump suits, and shoe covers
- For rental properties only: all linens/bedding, comforters, towels, dish cloths, and shower curtains will be laundered at the highest possible settings and dried completely
Additionally, for Homes:
Depending upon your needs, this service can be limited to a single room or include multiple rooms. We also recommend customers wash all linens/bedding, comforters, towels, dish cloths, and shower curtains at the highest possible settings and dry completely in conjunction with this service.
Additionally, for Rental Properties:
Additional time may be required for this service, therefore we request guests check out by 9am and check in no earlier than 5pm. The use of disposable hamper liners is recommended where applicable.
